Wet Floor Caution Sign
Product Overview
The BBSB wet floor caution sign (model P03-00039) is a 23cm x 57cm caution board made from 100% virgin material. Placed on a freshly cleaned or spilled floor, it warns shoppers, guests, staff and visitors of a slip hazard before they step onto it. It is a simple, low-cost safety item for malls, hotels, restaurants, offices, washrooms and schools, and it stands on its own without fixings.
This caution sign works alongside our traffic safety equipment, workplace safety systems and anti-slip mats and floor safety ranges. Combine it with access control and bollards for entrances, or ask about custom safety projects for bulk facility supply. Browse the full catalogue at the Blue Box Asia homepage.
Warning people of slip hazards prevents falls in workplaces and public buildings. Refer to DOSH Malaysia for occupational safety guidance on housekeeping and floor hazards, and the WHO road traffic injuries fact sheet for the wider principle of clear, visible warnings in reducing injuries.

PRO Tips
| PRO TIPS FOR YOUR WET FLOOR SIGN
1. Place the sign before you start mopping, not after the floor is already wet. 2. Stand the sign on the dry side of the floor so people see it on approach. 3. Use two signs for wide areas, one at each end, so people cannot walk around a single sign. 4. Fold or move the sign as the cleaning area moves, and remove it once the floor is fully dry. 5. Wipe the sign clean with a damp cloth to keep the caution print clear. 6. Store signs flat or upright in a dry place so the board stays straight. 7. Replace the sign if the print fades or the board is cracked or bent. |
